Chorley + Bisset was the Prime Consultant for this project which involved an expansion of the emergency power generation and distribution systems. The aged existing distribution system had space limitations and created some challenges for connection of a second generation set. All of the main normal and emergency distribution panels were replaced as part of the project. Work was carefully phased during construction in order to minimize power interruptions to the hospital.
