Chorley + Bisset was the prime consultant for this $8 million upgrade to HVAC systems for various buildings of the Sarnia Justice Complex. This project involved replacement of air-handling units and existing remote chillers, and consolidation of chilled water generating systems to one location. New air-handling units were installed within the existing mechanical rooms. Scheduling was critical in this project to ensure units were installed during unoccupied timeframes to ensure uninterrupted operation for occupants. Construction was completed in 2013.
