This project was a $2.5 million replacement of absorption chillers 1 and 2, as well as replacement of all chilled water and condenser water pumps associated with chillers 1 through 4, and the secondary chilled water pumps. Steam and condensate piping and PRV stations and controls associated with absorption chillers 1 and 2 were also replaced. The project was completed in 2016.
