This was a $15 million, 1,181 m2 addition and renovation of Louise Marshall Hospital. The project involved an expansion of the Emergency Department and the addition of an ambulatory care area. Mechanical and electrical systems include a new boiler plant, new BAS controls, as well as new electrical services such as transformers. The project was completed in 2021.
