This was a new $10.6 Million, 5,300 m2 two-storey elementary school school with an attached daycare centre. The building features a central air handling unit complete with a water cooled condenser and heat pump, high efficiency condensing boilers, and a fluid cooler. Sustainable design features include LED lighting, daylighting controls, and occupancy sensors. The project was completed in 2017.
