This project was a new $9.6 million, 5,000 m2 school, which was similar to TVDSB’s new Stoney Creek Public School (which earned a 4 Green Globes rating). The facility includes a comprehensive array of sustainable mechanical features and is expected to use 55% less energy than a building build to minimum code requirements. The project was completed in 2011.
