This was a new 4,200 m2 single storey elementary school school with 22 classrooms supporting a capacity of 550 students and staff. Mechanical and electrical systems include high efficiency condensing boilers, packaged VVT rooftop units, LED lighting throughout, and daylight controls and occupancy sensors. Sustainable design features include energy recovery and demand controlled ventilation. The project was completed in 2025.
