This project was a new, 2,415 m2 brewery facility. The site includes the brewhouse, a restaurant, multi-use space, retail store, brewery operations offices, and an on-site farm. The building was designed with environmentally sustainable features such as solar, geo-thermal, and steam recovery. Greywater is also recycled. The project was completed in 2017.
