This project was a $25 million, 9,350 m2 renovation and retrofit of mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems, as well as the redevelopment of former pool and gymnasium areas into office and classroom spaces. The facility includes administration, offices, classrooms, research labs for the School of Kinesiology, and a new Wellness Centre. This project incorporates LEED sustainable practices and reduces the carbon footprint of one of Western's core campus buildings.
