Chorley + Bisset is the Prime Consultant for this multi-phase renovation of the landmark London Life building. The initial redevelopment phase was a $30 million, 60,000 m2 renovation. The project has included the complete replacement of mechanical and electrical systems and an upgrade of the central plant equipment, all while the building continued to operate and serve 2,500 staff. The first phase of the project was completed in 2014 and subsequent phases are ongoing. Total construction cost is currently in the range of $75 million.
