This project was a new $40 million, 9,300 m2 facility which included both a Health Centre and Athletics and Fitness Complex for the College. The facility houses health simulation labs, interactive learning studios and research space, as well as an athletic centre, double gymnasium, and fitness studios. Sustainable design features included a natural ventilation system for the Atrium. The project was completed in 2018.
