This project was a new two-storey elementary school with a child care wing. It is the newest elementary school in the St. Clair Catholic District School Board. The building features high efficiency condensing boilers, demand control for areas with variable occupancy, and high efficiency water source heat pumps for each classroom. Sustainable design features include an energy recovery wheel, occupancy sensing, low demand lighting systems, and low flow plumbing systems. The project was completed in 2020.
