This project was a $9.6 million addition to Eagle Heights Public School to address unprecedented population growth of the local community. The project included alterations to the existing building's mechanical and electrical systems to support an 1,800 m2addition with 16 classrooms. New HVAC equipment was provided for the additional classrooms and the school's boiler system was expanded with a third condensing boiler. Electrical work included revisions to power distribution, intercom, and the fire alarm system. New LED lighting with energy saving controls was installed throughout the existing building and addition.
