This project was a new $14 million, 2,790 m2 two-storey science that included food laboratories, research space, instructional classrooms, lecture halls, and office space. Mechanical and electrical systems included a fume exhaust system and rooftop air system, as well as low power LED lighting. The project was completed in 2019.
