This project was a new $37 million, 12,100 m2 nine-storey scientific research building. The facility includes various groups performing health care related research, with the primary tenant being the university’s Brain and Mind research group. Sustainable design features include central VAV systems with energy recovery, LED lighting, high efficiency chillers, and variable speed hydronic systems. The project was completed in 2017.
