This project was a multi-phase, $40 million modernization to the historic St. Peter's Seminary in London, ON. The project involved complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure as well as substantial renovations throughout the entire building. The project began with a complete facility review and audit to determine the condition, capacity, and suitability of the existing M & E systems for future use of the building. Work was completed in 2020.
