This project was a $9.5 million, 49,800 m2 HVAC renewal. The project involved replacement of 23 air-handling units, over 120 exhaust fans, and 280 volume boxes as well as reprogramming and recommissioning of the entire facility’s BAS. All work was completed while the College remained fully operational with minimal disruption to staff and students. The project was completed in 2018.
