This project was a new, $10 million, two-storey school. The building features high efficiency condensing boilers, a fluid cooler, water source heat pumps for heating and cooling, and demand control ventilation. Sustainable design features include energy recovery, occupancy sensing, low demand lighting systems, and low flow plumbing systems. The project was completed in 2014.
