This project was a $700,000, 280 m2 renovation to create a cleanroom suite for the production of agricultural vaccines. We were chosen in interviews against architectural teams from Ottawa and Toronto, because of our willingness to work with the Client to fit the project work into their very limited budget. The scope of work included a new HVAC system, and architectural work including walls, finishes, etc. to create five clean rooms and ancillary spaces. The project was completed in 2015.
