This project was a new seven-storey health science building. It contains three floors of laboratories and two dedicated vivarium floor, as well as a lecture hall, offices, and research areas. Mechanical and Electrical systems include two central fume exhaust systems with heat recovery - one serving the base building and another dedicated for the vivarium. Variable flow pumping systems were provided to minimize energy use. The project was completed in 2018.
