This project was a $15 million, 9,850 m2 phased renovation that created administrative and academic offices, classrooms and common use spaces. The mechanical systems included variable volume air systems, variable speed pumping, specialized computer room air conditioning systems, low flow plumbing, fixtures with solar powered faucets and dual flush water closets. The project was completed while the facility remained occupied while the facility remained occupied, with minimal impact on the occupants. The project was completed in 2011.
