This is a new $55 million 18,100 m2 kindergarten through grade 12 school. The building is designed for 1,800 students and includes 79 classrooms, triple and double gyms, and a childcare wing. Sustainable design features include high efficiency condensing boilers, custom rooftop air handling units with low temperature switchover heating / cooling coils and energy recovery, demand-controlled ventilation, and low flow plumbing fixtures. The project was completed in 2024.
