Western University Thames Hall Modernization – Low Carbon Facility

This project was a 9,350 m2 renovation that involved a retrofit of mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems. The Thames Hall swimming pool and gymnasium were also redeveloped into mechanical, office, and classroom spaces. The building includes administration and faculty offices, classrooms, research labs for the School of Kinesiology, and a new Health and Wellness Centre. This project incorporates LEED sustainable practices and has reduced the carbon footprint of one of Western's core campus buildings.
