This project was a $4 million, 6,500 m2 multi-phased series of upgrades and system replacements. The facility includes a pharmacy, health services offices, and dental clinic. The upgrades included a lighting system retrofit and implementation of water conservation measures. Replacements included the fire alarm system, ventilation units, heat exchangers, aluminum heating piping system, chiller and cooling tower system, and the existing control system (replaced with Delta). The project was completed in 2018.
