This project was a new 10,220 m2 six-storey student residence that connected to the campus tunnel system. The building includes 250 resident beds and a signature dining facility / conference space. Sustainable design features were incorporated into this LEED Silver standard facility, although no certification will be pursued. The project was completed in time for the 2022 Canada Summer Games hosted at Brock University.
