London Health Sciences Centre Hospital Redevelopment<\/h4>\n

Chorley + Bisset provided both mechanical and electrical services for this phased redevelopment project that began nearly 15 years ago. The work involved both the Victoria and University Hospital campuses, and a total construction cost over $450 million. Mechanical and electrical systems for Milestone II, Phase II alone (completed in 2011) exceeded $120 million. This redevelopment involved construction of a new 11 storey, 65,000 m2 hospital tower, air-handling unit replacements in several buildings on site, central plant upgrades and extensive building infrastructure changes, all while the Hospital with a staff of nearly 15,000 remained fully operational.<\/p>\n
